Re: updating / backdating engines
well the car originally was a 13B engine (GSL-SE). Now that it in my possession, i can start working on it. The biggest thing is where not using a GSLSE 13B will put me. They are not easy to come by. But they are only a stones throw away from the S4 engines. So im thinking either IT or the step above.

updating / backdating engines
i want to run a later model 13B engine in my FB mostly for two reasons, primarily is the higher output, but secondly the 12a engine is hard to find anymore and the parts for them are usually extremely worn. What kind of class bump am i going to experience with this? I was tossing around the idea of ...

New Project
So after carefully examining the rust on the omni, and missing a few key parts (L Body intermediate shaft....) i decided to part the Omni out. But I'm still on the hunt to finish a hill climb event. Recently i acquired some shop space, got myself moved in and started turning it into a little economi...

Re: Prepping a Dodge Omni GLH Turbo
i have no idea why i was thinking SM2. I don't have the rule book down yet (and i've been doing WAY to much schoolwork) the brakes on the GLH omni are actually pretty stout. Im planning on using the charger rear end for disc rears as well which are about 11.25" rotors if i remember correctly. B...

Re: first race of 2008
I think we have met before and I am glad you decided to try hillclimbing. I bought the Turbo II engine last year from you, which by the way really rocks, the engine has been great! I am still looking for a nice tall rear end gear for my 1st Gen if you know of any available? If I can help you with y...

Seam welding?
whats the legality on stitch welding a few things for strength? or for floor board repairs? i want to make sure i don't overstep some boundaries trying to fix my floorboards. Plus i have some stitch welding done in the engine bay. Doesn't increase handling or anything, just trying to keep my car fro...
