You're welcome and thanks Tim.
I intentionally listed Weatherly only once.
The New England Hillclimb Assn runs almost all of their hills twice.

Good point.

You would need a vintage car to do that as a bunch of them are restricted to such.wildhorsesracing wrote:Awesome list! I wonder if anyone has done all of them?
Is Rock Creek not running anymore? (is that the right name?!).
I would love to run some of the New England hills that gor for several miles.

Your car would never survive most of the surfaces. If you think Weatherly is bad right now, it mild compared to a lot of the surfaces up there (and some of them are supposed to be that way).JekylandHyde wrote:I would love to run some of the New England hills that gor for several miles.
IIRC, Okemo and Philo are a little, um, rough and rustic...

Wow. Thanks for the heads up Matt.
I thought they were just asphalt.
Are you saying they are asphalt and it has gone to hell or are you saying they run on various road surfaces (gravel, stone, dirt, etc...)
Weatherly has not been too bad for me.
I just avoid the left side of the road between 2 and 3.

Contact this guy.

There are quite a few hillclimbs in Colorado other than Pikes Peak. Most (if not all) are non tarmac, I believe.

Honestly, I've only seen pictures of some of the hills, and descriptions of others. I believe there are a few people on the board here that can actually speak from experience.JekylandHyde wrote:Are you saying they are asphalt and it has gone to hell or are you saying they run on various road surfaces (gravel, stone, dirt, etc...)

I love Ascutney but haven't been there in several years due to the road surface. The last time was so rough we each took a touring run & put the MGA back on the trailer. Couldn't see the gauges, the car was bouncing so badly. If they re-pave, I'll go back in a heartbeat. Great course & wonderful bunch of crazy drivers. You might be OK in a softly sprung streetcar but the MG was undriveable. Sue

Hyde is far from soft-sprung Thanks for the heads up Sue.
Have you run any of the other NE climbs?
Don, thanks for the tip.
Grant already got back to me!
I'll be adding these:
