Looking for modified cars for possible Magazine Coverage

Post by JekylandHyde »

This is tenative, but it looks like I may be doing freelance writing & photography for a magazine that showcases modified cars. No, I am not saying what mag until everything is finalized.

What I need is cars to feature.

This is what they/me are looking for:
*Located within 2 hours of Reading, PA or willing to travel here
*Hooked up cars or trucks, something more than BPU (imports or domestic)
*Great paint (graphics are a plus)
*Interior work + audio is a big bonus (not my thing, but they want to see it)
*A photo or two online would be a HUGE help and increase chances

So, whose interested?
Know anyone that fits the bill?

NO PROMISES!

HI,

Modified sedans only? I'll be morfing my Stang this winter :) Jack also has the Porsche 930 that should be finsihed in the next few months. Now thats a pure GT-3 car, does that fit the bill?

They are looking for street cars ... I suspect the GT3 Porsche wouldn't fit that bill

This is a UK-based magazine so they are interested in seeing stuff that is not in the UK/Europe.

If this all goes through I know they are going to want to see a "modified sport compact" for the first submission ... from there, it is open to American V8s, trucks, etc ...

The RX-Midget has tags and is driven on the street. No real interior, but it has a carbon fiber dash for extra Bling. :D

This is from last year:

It is also featured in the December 2005 Grassroots Motorsports on sale now.
