PHA "meeting" at Shenandoah

I've long thought that it might be worthwhile to have an informal mid-season PHA meeting, but never managed to put one together. Until now. I realize the season is coming to an end, but we're going to do it anyhow.
It's scheduled for this Saturday, after dinner at Shenandoah. In the air conditioned building. This will be a sort of "Town Hall" type of meeting, giving everyone a chance to ask questions, voice concerns, make suggestions, etc. We won't be voting on any rules or policy changes at this meeting, but the discussion might point us towards proposals to consider at the 2017 business meetings.
Attendance is strictly voluntary. The meeting will not last more than one hour.
