Denise McCluggage

"Suitcase" died May 6th.The newbies can google her & we oldtimers will pour a glass of wine & fondly remember. Got to race with her in vintage & listen to the master storyteller. Hard to mourn for 88 years of a packed life but some people you just expect to live forever. Sue

No clue who that woman was but she's mentioned in the July issue of Sports Car magazine.

Steve - Time to brush up on your knowledge of early sportscar & Formula 1 racing. And the early days of AutoWeek. Talent & class - Danica should have used her as a role model.

Not only did I enjoy her articles in Autoweek for decades but her book on skiing was the best.
