During this rainy spring, I have been doing some searching on various vintage racing websites and realized that while some are stuck to the past and very rigid at allowing only certain cars and years; others, have enbraced newer(yes, a reliative term when it comes to vintage) cars. The SVRA, VRG, and what I call the old Volvo SCCA Historic Series allow cars to be 1979 or older in their series. I know that our season has started, but should this be something to ponder for next season? Hmmm, vintage 924s, 280zs, RX7s, TR7s, maybe even B210s, Pintos, Pacers,and all those fun cars of the disco era.
