Roll bar/chassis stamping records

A guy contacted me about a chassis he has with a stamping of 97-142. This is a BMR stamping. I need to know who has any information regarding stamping records or something like that.

Steve,
SCCA started stamping in the early 70s and for a few years BMR did not have a national licenced tech inspector.
Need to ask some older members like Alex Miller, John Flannery, or Marc Gerstein. Otherwise info might be lost in time.
