Crap Can Racing: A Team Building Exercise

I have been to several events to hang out. I volunteered once and did a little spectating. I have even contemplated preparing my street cars to do some hill climbs, but I am addicted to endurance road racing especially after doing four 24 Hours of LeMons races.
I am now building a 1970 Karmann Ghia for the 24 Hours of LeMons and Chump Car. I work on the car mostly down in Aberdeen, MD. I could use some help on it, but I will get it running by the summer one way or another. The major stumbling block is that I have no team. I need a team of at least three drivers in addition to myself. If anybody wants to act as crew, that would be great, but the teams I was on before just used the drivers as crew. Each race would cost each driver approximately $500 (entrance fee and car consumables). I am posting here because I have met some good people at the events like Chuck and Mary Anne.
If I do not get into an endurance race this year, I will try to get the car into a hill climb.
