PA Hillclimb

I was contacted by a fellow who is interested in hillclimbing and has some questions about car class, etc. He told me he has tried to register on this site so that he could post his questions on the forum, but has had no luck. He says he follows the directions and things seem to go well, except that the registration never seems to kick in.

Sooooo, I'll ask the first question for him. Car is an 2005 Subaru WRX. Only modifications to the car are upgraded sway bars and what he refers to as an "axle back exhaust". What class should this car run in?
