I just got off the phone with someone from the Sovereign Center in Reading. They called me to offer us hillclimbers discount tickets to the ice racing event that will take place on Saturday Jan 8 at 7:30 pm. They will be setting up a course of some sort on the hockey rink ice and there will be go karts, motorcycles and ATV's racing. I imagine more info is available on the Center's website. I don't know the web address, but it should be easy to find.
Tickets are $27 each for seats in the first five rows, $17 each for all the other seats. We have until Jan 4 to get this discount. There is no minimum group size we need to meet for this event. I don't know what the regular price is.
If anyone is interested speak up! I can forward the reservation form to you.
