Len Seifert & Mickey Warner and the Revis F3

As more information has come to light with the publication of Formula 3 Racing in North America by Harry Reynolds
I now know that the Revis 500 Formula 3 went from Pierre Moin to Len Seifert and/or Mikey Warner in 1958 who then sold/swapped the Revis to R Vernon Jones in a deal that involved a Jag xk120 in 1959, anyway
Does anyone have any info/pictures of Len Seifert or Mickey Warner in the Revis FIII race car at: Springtown hill clib April 19, 1958, 1958 Duryea Hill climb 7/8 June 1958, Springtown September 6, 1958? or a copy/scan of the program? they may well have done other hills in '58 as well?
