TAA DAA,, I got it right. Dave also raced this same car at Hershey stadium,
when we raced the Mini-Stockers in the late 60s'

The photo looks like it may have rained that day of Daves' FTDat Hershey.
Does anyone know if in fact it did ??
I'll bet Charlie Demmy of ASCC would know.

In this photo from 1967...you can clearly see the big, old cabin that once sat on the outside of turn 4 at Hershey.

There is no "Pre Charlie",, time period
I think that he and Dick Guthoerhlein were there from the beginning of "Hershey
Hill Climb" and,
possibly, saw the invention of the wheel.

They both are older than me,,,,

But, I'm pretty sure that neither of the good old boys ever RAN the Hershey Hillclimb....
???????????
They both worked, and contributed HUGE efforts to the organisation of the event...
Correct me if I'm wrong.

I have Charlie's first year as a Chief Registrar fall 1965....not to say he wasn't working prior. I'll just ask'em or heck, you might see him before me!!

Dave Latsha was happy to receive a copy of him running the Alpine at Hershey...he didn't mention, but I asked again.

It is Arlo Cota, he had an ex-James Briody Escort Endurance Peugeot 505turbo. Briody shared the car with the likes of Bob Nagel, Jon Woodner, and yes, the Janet Guthrie of Indy 500 fame. I think Cota also had a green GT5 Fiat 124 sedan.

In the 70s, Jim was known for racing the Pumpkin Racing Camaro at Nediv National events in A Sedan out of the South Jersey Region.
