I'm one step closer... Joined the SCCA about 20mins ago. Mailing out the Perm# check tomorrow. I can't seem to get the Novice Application to load, I'll have to try from Jenna's computer when I head over there. She has better connection then me.
At least I'm heading in the right direction.
