Forum Upgrade
If the new address didn't tip you off the new look to the Forum should be a clue that the newest version of the forum software has finally been released after months of testing. The conversion seems to have gone well with the exception that personal avatars were not able to be moved over. Sorry about the inconvience but those that had them will have to go in and reload them. And I would suggest that everyone check out your profile and make any updates especially since there are a couple new fields.
Aside from the visual changes this update should help fix some of the issues that people have had over the past year. For those people that have been having trouble posting messages this should fix that so please let me know if you are still having trouble (or if you're not).
If you are having any trouble or have any questions please send me a message, email or give me a call. My contact info is on the website. Once it looks like everything is running smoothly I will be getting a new photo album up and running as it appears the old one is irreparably broken.
Thanks for your patience and Happy New Year!

Re: Forum Upgrade
You may may want to let everyone know that all the classifieds are gone. We have to relist.

Re: Forum Upgrade
Dave, the classified are there...go to the lower rh corner and click on "jump to"...the drop down menu has all the topics, or you can click on "board index in the upper lh corner.

So, look on the bright side, now is the perfect time to freshen up those ads and get them in front of people again.
Sorry about that it appears the auto-pruning feature clipped the messages before I adjusted the settings from 3 weeks to 6 months. FYI, the classifieds have always been set up to automatically get rid of ads that are 6 months old and that no one has looked at for 60 days. Unfortunately when everything was converted over the time settings got scrambled and it looks like we lost a couple of items.dspgti wrote:You may may want to let everyone know that all the classifieds are gone. Re: Forum Upgrade
Mel, that might have more to do with your computer not storing cookies than it does with the forum not working correctly. Just a thought.
