Duryea Setup

Post by Rich Rock »

Your help is needed! This Saturday, August 11. Meet at 8:30am at Turn 2 (Pagoda start line). It should take no more than 3 hours to do what needs done if we have enough help. Some of the "regulars" are not able to be there on Saturday, so we really need YOU!!

If you can't be there early, just show up when you can and look for us on the hill.

Thanks!

Just a reminder, this Saturday, August 11th is the Blue Mountain Region BBQ which usually is held as a post Duryea setup party. The BBQ is open to all PHA members, friends and family. Details about the BBQ are posted under General Discussion - "Blue Mountain Region BBQ".

I understand there are 2 events going on the same day. So, for those not atttending those events or are helping setup the hill for Duryea - come on up to the Hawk Mountain area for a BBQ. Horseshoes, beer, food and some bench racing will be on the menu.

The SAAB shelter is easy to find via Rt. 78 to Rt. 61 north to Rt. 895 east, turn left at the J.C. Hill Tree Farm sign which is West Rauschs Road. Follow road to the left at the "T". The SAAB shelter is down the road after the tree farm ends and you pass an old red barn and brick house. House #255 is on the left.

RSVP's would be nice so we have enough chow. But, just showing up is OK too. Come early, come late....just come to have a good time! Sounds like the hot humid weather will break for it too!

Ms Floo*:

I will keep it in mind but it all depends on USAirways and their cooperation as to whether the plane shows up at the same time I do on Saturday morning...

Crystal's baby shower is Saturday but we are thinking about shooting up afterwards to say Howdy and visit with everyone.
