Tim,

Is this going to be different than the info linked to the myautoevents reg info? I read that tech and reg will be at the base of the hill, is this the case or am I just getting ahead of myself instead of wait for your post? :D

Questions from a noobie

This is my first hill climb/time trial so please forgive my basic questions:

1. I don't have any SCCA or PHA stickers on my car. I read the rules which say they are required. Can I get them at registration? If not, from where?

2. Do you guys leave trailers/cars at the event overnight? I'm not familiar with the event, but is there a place to keep all of these vehicles? I assume that if you keep your cars there, they will be safe.

Thanks for your response.

Jim,
1. I am sure for your first event you will be OK without the stickers. I am pretty sure Joe Foering, Chief of Tech, has PHA stickers which you can purchase at the event. SCCA stickers can be purchased through SCCA Merchandising; someone may have SCCA stickers for sale at the event.
2. Cars and Trailors are left overnight. Someone will direct you as to where to park your trailor, tow vehicle and race car. There are many who camp an therefore security is not usually an issue.

Does anyone have a physical address for the pit area or the hill itself for us internet map users?

TIA,

Hi all,

The address would be close to 800 E. Northampton St, Wilkes-Barre, Pa it is right on the border of Wilkes-Barre Twp. and Laurel Run Borough.
