i thought of a possibly good idea for workers who own racecars. like a special rule for every 2 races they work they run 1 for free. or like a discount rate or such. i haven't really put too much thought into it but it's an idea

Don't take too long to respond, now do I?
The idea (slightly different criteria) has been discussed at the winter meetings and has not gone much beyond that.
