I heard PA is on strike, how does this affect my favorite hillclimb? any one know?

The PA budget crisis comes at a bad time as the Penn DOT was just about to send the permit around for signature, but we still have time to get the permit completed, provided the furlough doesn't last for two weeks. Of course the gamblers won't let that happen. So I would still plan on being there, I know I am.
Online registration closed at the same time the late fee takes effect as is normally the case.

Pennsylvania's furlough of state employees is over. Hopefully the necessary documentation will flow through the process.
