Saturday Lunch and the Party and Sunday Lunch will be provided by a caterer. Soda will be available for both lunches and the party. No beer will be available at the party.

Thanks, but I usually bring more than enough for myself  It's others I'm thinking about.

Hi all,

So will there be soda available all weekend like in the past? It sounds like drinks (soda & bottled water) will only be out during the meal and not all weekend. I think people need to know so then can plan.

Not having beer at the party is unusual. I think you will have a more then a few people unhappy about that, because every other event does have at least beer at the party. Not everyone reads this forum either; surprises wouldn’t be a good thing.

Tom Knorr told me he has no way of transporting a keg to the track. And those he asked to help could not. Any volunteers?

Hi all,

That is why you buy everything down at WV. Cans are better in a cooler, kegs never empty and alot is wasted.

Tim, are you volunteering to do that? :P

Seriously, that's what will happen and I will do it.

Hi all,

No thanks, it seems volunteers get shot too much.

I'll stick with driving it's safer.
