Interesting listing on ebay and in the Q&A section it states it has dash plaques from Giant's & Duryea in 87 and 88.

Rich Sweigart ID'ed that car to me as being Horace Franco's. He supplied a picture of the car running Weatherly for my book...circa 1988.

Does anyone know more of the history of this car? Or who the current buyer and seller are on E-bay? One of my mechanics remembers the old Subaru dealer in town (Little Foreign Car Shop) racing one of these in the 70s and early 80s at Weatherly. We are wondering if it is the same car we're looking at on E-bay. Couldn't have been too many people racing those things back then.

The car is Horace Franco's old car that ran in the late 80's and very early 90's. I believe that he shared the car with another NEPA driver. Unfortunatly, I think they ran into problems getting performance parts for the car; remember this car is way before the WRX and is a FWD car. I think Ron Mann bought the car because he just sent me an email claiming to be the new owner.
