Contingency for '06?

When are the programs announced? Are they supposed to be the same as 05? What was out there? Couple tire programs, or so Ive heard. Anything else?

As far as I know contingency is only a hill by hill basiss. Depending on what someone can scratch up. CJ's Tire got a few tire companys to give sets of tires at Duryea last year and this year but that is the only case of any contingency I can think of in the past 10 years at least. For ANY event.

Any news on this subject since it is now closer to the start of the year? Anything to announce for the whole year or any specific events?
