Next Thursday (the 5) ~ Arnold's Go-Karts

Post by JekylandHyde »

My friend Brian & I are going to Arnold's Go-Kartsnext Thursday and I thought I would invite you all. I think we have at least 4 people going at this point. These are fast carts and if you can turn a 41 second lap, they turn your power up even higher. The first lap or two is on a very low power to get everything warmed up.

The races are 10 cars out at a time for a 12-minute session.
They do record lap times. We are planning on being there by 6:30 and will probably do three 12-minute sessions for $20.

Joe Foering came out last time ... are you coming out again Joe?

It's right off of the Oaks/Adubon exit of Rt 422 heading toward King of Prussia. It sits behind the huge movie theater.

You have to have a helmet and eye protection.
If your helmet has a face shield, you do not need eye protection.

They have "loaners" there, but I really do not recommend them.

We all drive to Arnold's-including Thor Pitman all the way from N.J.-and the track is closed! The computer is "down" so no driving. Bummer!
Jeff, It's all your fault!
