Question on Duryea spectating

Post by JekylandHyde »

I see people watching from the wall along the fire tower grounds.
If the road is closed, where do they park and how do they get up there?
Is it possible for someone to get up there to watch just one round of runs or are they stuck there all day if they get in there?

Thanks :)

They will usually open up the road that is behind the Fire Tower. I think it is called Haag Road. Just a warning though it is pretty overgrown unless Carl gets to trim it up a bit and the road is not taken care of at all so there is pot holes everywhere.

That's because they don't need to get spectators up there for Pagoda, since we don't go the whole way up. It's always been open for Duryea. Have used it many times over the years to get up there to trailers & what not.
