The PHA Organizational Meeting is scheduled for Saturday March 9 at 1:00 PM. It will be held at Giannotti’s Country Manor Restaurant, 3118 Pricetown Road, Fleetwood, PA. You can arrive any time after noon if you want to get a bite to eat first. Note that this is the same restaurant we held our meetings at a few years ago.
We will also be providing a zoom option for those who cannot attend in person. For information on how to request zoom credentials or on how to use zoom, please see the links for this meeting on our Current Schedule/Results page.

If you will be attending via zoom, please request the credentials by Friday, March 8. If you wait until Saturday, it is very likely that I will not see your request in time.

Also note that the treasury audit was held after this meeting rather than in January after the Annual meeting as has been our tradition. The delay in the audit was because I was unable to attend the January meeting in person. The only reason the audit and the meetings go together is because it is a convenient way to recruit members to do the audit. Since our next meeting, where the audit results are presented, is not until November, I am pleased to report that there were no irregularities found by the committee.
