2023 PHA Banquet and Critique Meeting

Registration for the 2023 PHA Awards Banquet is open.  The banquet will be held on November 4, 2023 at the Grantville Holiday Inn in Grantville, PA.

Registration for this event is both mail-in and online.  For the registration links, please see the Current Schedule/Results page on the PHA Website.  If you are a worker who is planning to attend compliments of the PHA, please register so that we have the correct head count to give to the hotel.

For hotel room reservations, go to www.stayholiday.com after 8/17/23.   There is a block of rooms set aside for PHA at $112.00/night, which expires 10/5/23.  Use group rate code PH6 when making reservations.

The PHA Critique Meeting will be held at the Grantville Holiday Inn before the banquet at 1:00 PM ET.  Note the new time.

If you would like to place an ad in the PHA Banquet program, please see the Current Schedule/Results page listed above for a link to the form.   The PHA Banquet program is your opportunity to get your product before the PHA drivers, crews and family, or to showcase your car and/or racing team.

If you are feeling shy about placing an ad, remember that your ad is a thank you to the volunteer workers.  Proceeds from the program help us honor volunteer workers by giving them complimentary admission to the banquet.
