At Pagoda this past weekend there were a few problems with drivers who did not have any license list on their SCCA membership cards. They said that they applied and paid for their license when they renewed their membership.
Please when you renew your membership and send for your license renewal, check that the license is on your card when you receive it. If it is not there, call SCCA immediately and get it straightened out. You need a licensed on your card to be able to run.
Also, if you are renewing at an event, please be prepared to pay by a check or credit card. (You need 1 check for membership and another for license). Don't make the organizers be your bank and write checks for you. SCCA will not take cash.

I asked at the Sears lot if I could renew and I was told no that I had to send it in?! I knew my card was coming up this month and I had a check with me.
