Up Date on Tony Preston

I stopped at the Hospital today to check on Tony after his second surgery yesterday. I expected to see him in bed not standing on his feet, dressed, ready to go home. The surgery went well and he now has several weeks of recovery. If all goes well, hopefully we will see that pretty Lola at Jefferson with Tony behind the wheel.

As of this morning he was coming home. His wife called me tonight and said there were some complications and they did not release him. He may be in for awhile longer. I will try and keep you posted.

Morg, thanks for keeping us posted. I hope he is doing well, and am looking forward to seeing him and his Lola at Jefferson. Is there anything we can do? Send him more silly cards?

(hmm, given the date, is it possible he was just trying to get out of dealing with Valentine's Day dinner crowds ? )

Grace, Darlene called me tonight and she was very happy. Tony did a 100% turnaround since yesterday and is doing much better today. If all goes well he may be home tomorrow. I indeed will keep you posted. And thanks all for your inquiry's.

I think I can officially say that Tony is over the hump. He came home from the Hospital today and is doing really well. He doesn't have to see any doctors for at least two weeks. Although he still has some recovery, things are looking GREAT! No one is any happier than I am.
