The Awards banquet will be held on November 10, 2012 at the Holiday Inn in Grantville.
Please click on the image, print and send your RSVP by November 2, 2012. This is a buffet consisting of Italian Pasta's (see description below)
The meeting will be held in the Saloon as it was last year.

Is there a special rate for us again to stay at the Holiday Inn this year?

Sorry if this is obvious, but I downloaded this year's form and the buffet looks awesome but I couldn't find hotel info anywhere...

The hotel is the same as last year. At the Holiday Inn Grantville. A block of rooms have been set aside for PHA. We didn't put it on the reservation form for the buffet.

Just a reminder: THE 2012 PHA AWARDS BANQUET IS NOVEMBER 10, 2012. We have a great buffet, and very limited "entertainment" this year. Let's get together, break bread, enjoy a beverage or two, and tell each other tales of our demonic drives this past season.

Here is the schedule for 11/10/2012:

2:00 - 4:00 PHA business meeting in the Saloon.
5:00 - 7:00 Banquet registration
6:00 - 11:30 Cash Bar open in the dining room.
6:30 - 7:30 Buffet
8:00 - 9:30 Annual Awards, Door Prizes, Special awards, 50/50.
8:30 - 1130 Social time, hang with your friends and tell racing stories.

Time frames may be adjusted if necessary to finish business or awards periods.
Note: At the request of many, there is no special entertainment for this banquet.
