NOVICE STRIPE

Post by Tom Styczynski »

I am anxious for the Summit Point event. The OTHER SUPPLEMENTAL RULES indicated that I, as a novice, am required to have the three stripes on my car per the GCR/TTR. I looked in the GCR and TTR and could not find any reference to the stripes.

Can you please provide the paragraph number?

Thanks,

I could never find the rule, either. I DID see them in the supps for some event, can't remember which one.

But basically, just put 3 stripes above each rear wheel well (out of electrical tape or similar)

Your right. I just did a search of the GCR and could find no mention of novice stripes. So I am modifying the supps to read as follows:

e.All novice cars MUST display three (3) ID stripes on both sides of the vehicle. The color of the stripes must be of a contrasting color from the body paint.
