This sunday is the Junk car race in Birdsboro at the Pagoda Motorcycle club. So get all rednecked out and come watch me smash a car that i spent a lot of time building into a bunch of other cars other people spent a lot of time building. Fun times. Go to the website for directions. So bring some cold ones (no glass) and i will see you there. I will be in a blue....you guessed it.. neon.

Well, how did it go?

Well i left for a cross country trip the day after the derby and just got back. Man what a hoot. It rained the entire day which slowed people down and caused people to get stuck knocking them out of the race prematurely. The mud also completley ruined my good race helmet and nomex gloves, thank god i didnt wear my suit. Out of 22 entrants i was 4th to last to die, missing a prize by one position. I'll tell you what though i got pretty bounced around, that thing is no joke and my neck hurt for a few days. Apparently the trick to whole thing is to keep your tires inflated, which is what took me out, well that and fact that my radiator was bent into a Vee. I will post pics later, but for now here is a link to a video someone took. I am the all blue neon with white doors with the severly smashed rear end that is smoking barely going anywhere. HAHAHA. Good old fashioned redneck fun!!
