Has anyone here ever ventured into Landspeed racing? After the video of the Mustang Steve posted, it rekindled my search into these top speed all out events. They have a series they run down in NC @ Maxton, called the Maxton Mile. All out, for... yep 1 mile.
Being a bunch of speed junkies and car nuts...has anyone ever done this? I'd like to give it a try next year and make a pass or two if $ permits the trip...
