PA Hillclimb

I don't think my car is going to pass tech in its current state, I know I need things like window nets and arm restraints, but I would like my cage inspected to see if it will pass or if anything needs to be done to bring it up to spec. Is there anyone local that can inspect my car to tell me what I need to do? I plan on running SMX and am located in State College.

You need a window net OR arm restraints.
