Just got word from Summit Point that if we want to reschedule our Spring Jefferson event, they can offer us either October 24-25 or October 31- November 1.

So, what I need to know is how many people are seriously interested in this, which weekend you pefer, and whether or not either weekend is good for you.

Please spread the word, I told them I would get back to them next week.

I would vote for the Oct. 24, 25 date. The earlier the better. That would be 2 weeks after the postponed Gaints event, if I remember correctly.
It might be getting pretty cold by then but the way I feel right now, I would be up for it.

Any word on if this is happening?
I fell off the wagon at Shenandoah last weekend and MAY get my car out of mothballs and race ready in time for this. If not then I'm looking forward to doing a few events next year.

Just so everyone knows, we won't be going back to Summit Point again this year after our October 10/11 weekend.

Early entry discount expires Sunday night September 27. After that it goes up by $25. Entry is online only at MotorsportReg.com and closes on October 7

What time is the track open to us to setup in the pit area on Friday?
Is there a schedule for the weekend available?
(I checked PHA and Motorsportreg, but maybe I missed this information)

The contract says we don't get access until 6pm Friday, but we might get in earlier if there isn't anything going on at Jefferson Circuit on that Friday afternoon. Probably won't know for sure until sometime next week.

I'm not sure why the schedule isn't on MSR, but I can send it to you or anyone else who sends me their email address.

I'm sorry, but I just don't ever have any luck attaching files or pictures to my forum posts.

The schedule for the weekend is now up on the MSR page.

Got word from the track that we will be allowed access to Jefferson at 4pm on Friday. Anyone who arrives before 4pm will have to wait in the staging area until 4pm.

As of 7:15pm Wednesday, there are about 77 entries. It's gonna be crowded! Please don't take up more space than you really need, and be considerate of others who aren't able to get there early.
