2015 Fall Jefferson

Post by DaveM »

Hi,

Entry forms have been emailed, and it is open (until August 31st) on MyAutoEvents:
http://myautoevents.com/pls/mae/frmEven ... t_id=15609

It are also posted on the PHA website at http://pahillclimb.org/schedule-results/

Please note:
1. The Jefferson Circuit with the extension (1.6 miles) will be driven in a counter-clockwise direction. For each run, there will be a partial out lap from pit out to the start finish/line, two timed (hot) laps, and a partial in lap from start/finish to pit in.

2. The first 85 paid entries will be firm entries; that is 85 is the entry limit due to paddock limitations.

3. We can always use more workers. With the extension we have more workers stations.

4. Entry to the paddock will be 6:00PM on Friday.

More to follow...

Cheers

Hi,

4. [cont.] Last year we experimented with registration check-in while vehicles were waiting in line to enter Friday. Look for Timm and Patti Murphy again...

5. There is a training event Monday (labor Day) morning. However, you may stay overnight Sunday if you are out by 7:00AM Monday morning.

Cheers

Hi,

6. As was offered at Duryea, we will have a raffle for a free entry (a refund) at the event to benefit the worker fund and the PHA banquet.

7. Early registration (post marked) and MyAutoEvents ends this Monday (August 31st).

See you there!

Cheers
