Thanks for the heads-up Rich. I can't get used to full fields again. Always waited until the end of the previous event in case my Brit junk broke. Sue

You're welcome, Sue, and I totally understand!

BMR is pretty easy when it comes to refunds. Broken cars/tow vehicles/family and work emergencies etc. are valid reasons for a cancellation. We just ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible.

Refunds for cancellations that happen when the forecast calls for rain will be more closely scrutinized, though!

I wasn't worried about a refund - I felt like I'd jinx the old MG by signing up in advance. Thanks, Sue

That is exactly the reason I never registered for an event until I made it home from the previous one. But given how fast the Reading events fill up, I had a talk with my car. We agreed that this is ridiculous since he is a VW, and am trying to break myself of the habit.

Grace,

So, your car is a "he", eh? Does he have a name?

Yes, both Sciroccos are "hes". But they don't have names, and prefer to be referred to by color.

Personify much? Who me?

David names everything: his truck is "Alice" for its Allison trans. Gracie is because the Jag ads back in the 60s boasted "Grace, Space & Pace". Now wait 'til you all meet "Speedy" at Weatherly. Sue

Just a few quick things. There will be free food Friday night at registration. Burgers, dogs, chips, and whatever you bring ;)

Saturday and Sunday morning the scouts will have breakfast available at the tower.

Saturday night party is at the tower. Backyard cookout style. Burgers, dogs, sides, etc. Contributions of a side dish or dessert are welcome!

Thanks, and see ya soon!
