Less then 2 weeks away.

Also remember that the track really dosn't want us there early on friday. We can only get into the track at 6pm.

Weather permiting registration will be at the Wankerville tents!!!! (Otherwise it will be in the building.)

Please help support this event. We really need to get a solid turnout to make this event work for the future.

I've been away for awhile. My SCCA membership and TT license has expired but want to run at least one event this year. I had my SCCA physical this week. So my question is, can I just come up next Friday and sign up for this event? Seems there is a single event / trial membership available.

That should work.

From the entry form:
"SCCA Memberships and Time Trial licenses will be available at Friday night registration only. The SCCA does not accept cash. Please have either checks or money orders (made out to ‘SCCA’)
SCCA membership through Steel Cities Region is $80.00.
SCCA Time Trial license is $35.00.
Weekend SCCA memberships ($15.00) are acceptable with a race license from another sanctioning body.
You will need one check for membership and another check for the license.
SCR will accept cash for SCCA membership and licenses but it would be better to have a check from the applicant to send to the SCCA."

Hi,

We need corner worker/flaggers in order to be able to run the event safely.

If the volunteer is not a current SCCA member, we will provide weekend memberships.

We will provide workers lunch both Saturday and Sunday, as well as dinner Saturday evening. There is camping at the track, just like the rest of us.

Unfortunately, I really doubt if i will have a car available for this weekend. If it was not so far away, I would try to come down and help out for tech, but not sure I can make it. We'll see what the week brings.

Hi,

Friday we have to wait for another group to leave, so entry to the Jefferson Circuit paddock will be around 6:00pm.

However, we will be able to stay over Sunday night and be out by 9:00am Monday which is later than usual.

Also, those needing race gas (i.e. 110) will be able to obtain it at the Shanandoah Circuit paddock.
