2021 Spring Jefferson

Registration will open on Sunday April 11. Steve is feeling pretty good about timing, so the event will be run in our usual format for Jefferson, pods doing laps CCW.

How are you guys signing up for events now? Is there a web service I need to join? Been a while...
Also, I'll have my SCCA membership, can I get the novice permit at the event? My yearly physical won't take place for another 4 weeks and I don't think nationals will turn around my license in time for the event.

Registration for this event will be at MotorsportReg.com Its free and easy to create an account there. BMR uses them for all of their events, including Pagoda and Duryea. Other Hillclimbs may decide to use myautoevents.com so you should create an account there as well. Again, it's free and easy.

No need to worry about a physical, it's been replaced by a form that you sign called a "Fitness Statement"

As long as your membership is current you'll be fine with just that.

Online registration for the 2021 Spring Jefferson event, which opens tomorrow (April 11), is now up on motorsports.reg. A link to the motorsports.reg event can be found on the Schedule/Results page of the PHA website.

A couple of things to note:
Early Bird Entry fee is $220 before 4/24/2021
Entry fee is $245
Late Entry Fee is $270 after 5/27/21

Also, the gates are scheduled to open at 6PM on Friday, May 28. If there are any changes to that time, Nancy will send an email notification to all registered entries via motorsports.reg.
