Ted Klaus Video

All, Excellent response by the corner crew. After watching the video I saw Ted start to spin opposite of what I would have expected (towards the inside of the turn , drivers left). My thoughts are that: 1) someting broke one the rear suspension causing the car to pull to drivers left or 2) there is ...

Camping

All,

Camping is near tthe start line. I asked and there is no issue with preregistration for camping. We may have to pay something as the field is owned by someone living on the hill.

SM and SM1

Brandon,

SM and SM1 are both indeed abreviations for Solo Street Mod. However SM is also the abreviation for Spec Miata. The program would not let me use the same abreviation for two classes sop Street Mod became SM1.

All, As a person who has been trying to get a program going in the western part of this state and attempting to draw from Solo classes, the feed back I am getting is: They do not want to compromise the weight of the car with an expensive piece that is not required for them to have fun at only a few ...

All,

The start line will be at or near the big Juniper tree you see at the start of the video. I believe we set the finish to be well before the road that comes in on the right at the end of the video. It will likely be at the clear area on the right just before the crest.

2007 Schedule

All, There wil be a meeting on January 7 at Ed's Steakhouse in Bedford (right off the PA TP exit) to finalize the issues and make an aggreement on the Cumberland/Flintstone Hillclimb. I would say we are very close to a go for the Aug 4-5 date. The insurance cost reduction will be an enormous help. R...

Flintstone Date?

Tim,

I do not know yet. I was hoping for the end of September again. I mentioned that date and early to mid May. I assume we will run the same set of events we ran in 2006 plus Flintstone and Snowshoe.

What date were you hoping for Snowshoe?
