Re: Where to find the supps for 2014

Can someone help me with the problem with the navigation here? It seems like finding the information should be quite simple, but apparently it is not? Is it the color, location, what is difficult with the pull down? Not everything can be on the front page. Do you want a box with quick document links...

Time Trial Rules

Could someone please take a look at the classes and rules pages to make sure I have the proper links for the new documents? Please let me know if I have the proper documents and if the order of these documents make sense? http://pahillclimb.org/drivers/classes/ http://pahillclimb.org/drivers/rules/ ...

Re: Where to find the supps for 2014

The supplemental rules are always added to the registration documentation and are supposed to be specific to each event. If the folks responsible for producing the supplementals could send them to me I could post them where the registration form is usually available. (Schedule and Events) If there i...

Re: Jefferson Expansion

I might have to add extra cooling to run 3 laps on the long course.
I was sort of marginal with 3 laps on the short course.
I would assume there are others that have their cars set up specifically for the hills?
These folks should probably assess what would work better for them.

Re: New Time Trials Rules

At the fall PHA meeting this past weekend the membership has decided to determine where we feel the rules changes impact the PHA in a negative way. A committee was formed to catalog a list of changes we feel are needed and re-write our supplemental rules for 2014 to make sure it works for the PHA an...

Neat and Clean rule

This was posted on Facebook and I thought most of our members would get a kick out of this video. I guess someone was opposed to the Neat and Clean rule with one of the sanctioning bodies and took the time to create this video. This video does not represent any official response from the PHA or SCCA...

Re: Snowshoe Hillclimb a PHA Event?

Are they willing to move the snowshoe hillclimb date for us, I doubt it. The Snowshoe Hillclimb's current date fits nicely into our schedule if Polish didn't run at the date slot it has. At Polish they were talking about having an East Coast championship for the last few years, but that died from wh...

Re: Snowshoe Hillclimb a PHA Event?

This is one of the most beautiful parts of the United States. I took my family to Seneca Rocks about 10 years ago, which is the highest point in West Virginia and not far from the hill. I would love to visit there again, but would be hard pressed to make it only for a weekend. There is so much to do...

Photo Links

Can some of you give me some links and access to your event pictures? I don't have enough photos of my own to use for the event stories. I have been a bit delinquent this year posting news stories, but I am trying to make up for it now and need some good shots to add to the new stories I posted. Our...

Re: 2013 Fall Jefferson

I can't believe how little effect centrifugal force has on that car in the corners! I guess 1000 lbs. less weight makes such a big difference that you can apex so much earlier than a stock car. If I tried turning in that early I would never make the corner because my car would just slide right out f...

Re: Pahillclimb.org is back

I have been looking at what it takes to add a "donate button" on the PHA site where we could accept donations directly into a PayPal account. This may be a good idea for the Polish Mountain donation idea. I think it may be a nice thing to do for the skyline/BMR collaboration also? All I ne...

If you are reading this here, please follow this link to use the real site: http://www.pahillclimb.org/phpBB/index.php I will be working on updating the content and theme in the following few weeks so don't be surprised i...

Sorry for the time it took, but the virus has been removed and I have a little more understanding of our site. During the upgrade of the forum the door was opened for the designers to modify our code. I guess it got modified a bit more than we really wanted. Everything has been replaced, passwords c...
