Re: Touring Car II....
I agree with Larry, definitely and Anglia.
The only guy I have with more wins than Tom H. is Buddy Scolastico, long time starter at Duryea and Pagoda.

Re: brake rotors
Stock replacement brake rotors may be obtained from sources other than the manufacturer provided they are the exact equivalent of the stock rotors. and i quote. As I read it, as long a you have ordered stock replacement rotors from NAPA, Advance or RockAuto.com, and they look like what came off, you...

Re: Touring Car 1
Touring 1 SAABs ran the three speed box by rule. The 2nd - 3rd gap was quite large so if you went to 3rd going uphill you were dead meat. Jack had a pair of 135X15 Michelin Xs mounted and a pair of 155X15. They would be swapped front to rear to get the best ratio. He had a reputation for turning the...

I dunno, never saw that car before or since. I understand the damage was minimal. Throttle stuck, and it wasn't even a Toyota.

Since: A. I ran in TI, and 2.a results sheet was not sent if an entry was not paid, and III. My TI career did not start until 1968, my results are skewed somewhat in my favor. However, my results sheets have it like this in ascending order: Norma Oswald, Bill Hagerty, Robert Oswald, Donald Overly, W...

I thought the C was for "club", as in Club Ford.

Re: Give me an H!
Actually there were many winners with relatively few scoring many wins. Those with many in ascending order would be Craig Bucher, Tom Edkin, Radley Rice, Billy McDaniels, Henry Mearig, and Larry Shafer. I had 32 class winners on my list and was surprised at how many events listed no entries for HP. ...

The list off my results sheets, in ascending order, is: Ira Van Scyoc, Rich Walters, James Irons, Dave Arron, Fred Heistand, Robert Schmoyer, Barney Weber, Joe Whitely, and Carl Mugford. I have 23 other drivers who won at least once. It wasn't because they could only catch a hill with an empty class...

I can' prove it, but I think that is John Valentine. The 1993 Fall Weatherly results show the S-3 record belonging to John in a Corvette. The pictures show the car at Weatherly.

We all heard about Keith's dentures at the time. The supps have mentioned not running with removable dentures in place ever since. I assumed it was in Keith's "honor".

Re: FTDs...continue the list...
FTD stands for fastest time of day, not fastest time of week end. There must be more than twenty years worth of Saturday FTDs. The Saturday results sheets always listed FTD for Saturday. I think I recall the occasion John got FTD for the event. We got good weather Saturday and rain all day Sunday.

Re: Ok Rich....Give me an "E"....
I don't have results sheets before 1968, there is a gap in the late 1970's up to 1985 and when we get up past 2000 I didn't print everything since it was on line. It was tabulated by hand. It should go something like this:Jim Seiple, David Miller, Gary Sullivan, Walter Urban, Dick Sweigert, Jim Sari...

Re: Give me a "D"......
Of those events I entered to which I have the results from before the club gave DP the boot Ray Heisey took the most first places and the '71 and '72 PHA DP Championship. Keith Kendig came second and took the '69 and '70 championships. I think his career started earlier and he may have won more. Mik...
