Re: Lloyd & Bert Geib

Speaking of retired numbers... There is documentation in the records that state #333 shall be retired by the PHA in the name of Sam Osborn, the driver that was killed at Duryea. I can present the document if need be...perhaps some of our senior members recall this.

Re: HERSHEY "GRAND ASCENT" 2011

Funny thing is...and I'm not sure if the SVVSCC (the folks that ran the HVH) is involved or not...but if VSCCA is involved(first I heard of it)...this is what they(SVVSCC)wanted the Hershey Vintage Hill Climb to be.

Marc's insight... Hi Ron: I just joined the forum, so cannot answer your email just yet on that venue. However, I'll try here, and maybe you could post my comments. When we, at Town & Country Sports Car Club, were looking for a site, nothing was ruled out. That Club was based in Allentown, and w...

Re: Hillclimb in Emmaus or Macungie in the 60's?

There were many other hill climbs that did not fall under the PHA....I've seen stuff from all kinds of hills sponsored by Mustang & Corvette clubs, etc....must have been one of those?
