Definitely Jim's Vee and Joe you were right with the first spelling. He has occaisional articles in the paper about his national racing results. He's got family that works at the Lancaster papers.

We used to have one in the attic, have to look. Oscar's a nut. He took me for a lap around Pocono in the pace car back in the late 80's. He and my Mom were friends.

Just to show you how weird it can get, however, in Maryland it's 5 tons. If you go on I-70 to Summit you can run into a weigh station (west of Balto, east of Frederick) I don't know if they've ever operated one on I-81. We did have PHA stickers with a clear backround besides the white backround. Not sure who has the stickers at this time, probably Nelson.

That's an Awesome thing to do. Mom used to do that with the people whose property we used for Pine Grove. It pays to be nice to people, even with something a small as a Christmas card.
