hkk motorsports, pardon me if I am mistaken, but my understanding is that your hill climb series does not allow street cars with roll bars. Myunderstanding is that you have to either have nothing or a full cage. Is that true? ... If so why? There are at least two of us that would love to do some of ...

I had my roll bar done at JT Machine in Sinking Spring.
Although I do not have a Vette, I do have a rather tight 2-seater.

I have been dealing with Jim at JT and I highly recommend them (him).

"Longest paved Hill Climb in North America"

http://www.knoxmountainhillclimb.com/index.html

From what I hear, it is 2.2 miles long ... Duryea is 2.3. :)
So what is the longest paved hill climb in North America?

Anybody run in the event above?

Officially looking for a trailer and/or tow vehicle ...

I got $6 ~ 7K to spend and I would prefer something in the north east US. I am considering: *Covered trailer that can also be a second "garage" for storage at home. I would need some sort of Tow vehicle for that as well. *An open trailer would be a possibility if it is cheap enough *The &q...

Well my car is just under 2900 lbs with me in it and I should be putting down over 400 rwhp for this year.

Think I will have problems?

... thanks for the insights.

Thanks for the feedback, Roy. Are you going to be running them again this year?

I am hearing about problems with "chunking" and the "groove of death."
I ordered them already and I paid for the shaving & heat cycling which is suppose to help the tire last longer.

Wheels for racing

I am looking for a lightweight rim that can be had in a 15X8 and 16X9.

My desires in order:
1. weight
2. cost
3. looks

Any suggestions on where to hunt online for some good deals on lightweight rims?

Any comments/suggestions appreciated :)
