There was no torque information with mine either.

I just tighten them lightly, they seem to have a self locking fit.

Will anybody have SCCA and other required decals available for sale at Rose Valley?

At one time entries could exceed 200 cars at a hillclimb. Half the classes ran on Saturday and the second half on Sunday.

More cars = less runs.
