Re: Mt Philo Hillclimb October 16-17 2010, Vermont.

That ftd EVO is only 400 hp! :P . Boy I wonder how fast I will be at 500? I'm okay being referenced in the whole cage point but, you guys do let cars run your hills without a cage up to a certain time. Why is that much different then what we do with SCCA? Something could happen with those cars and ...

Re: Mt Philo Hillclimb October 16-17 2010, Vermont.

Too bad youfolks don't accept SCCA legal Time Trial/Hillclimb open wheel cars. Every other hillclimb organization in the country does as well as the Canadians for their Knox Mountain Hillclimb. Re: Turn 5...OOPS!

Kurt,
I'm glad you are ok-and it looked like the car took it rather well too.
Now weren't we talking at lunch time about what corners we were weak at? I seem to remember you disliking turn 5 -I hope it wasn't a self-fulfilling prophecy!

Re: Butch at Mt. Ascutney

Pagoda is the plan at the moment. I blew up my "good" motor at Burke-got the stocker(down apx 25hp :( ) on the mounts-will fire tomorrow. If no internal parts become external, we're there.

Re: Butch at Mt. Ascutney

I believe only one other 2WD car has ever matched Butch's time on the mountain and that S3 type car had a 640 HP big block and rode on compliant Corvette suspension. And what am I -chopped liver? How about a 2:47 with a car with only 1000cc-and parts from a toyota-nissan-Geo-Chevette-and a refridger...
