Rich Stella got one in his corvette years back at Duryea. It was put out of it's misery and gutted after the event for fresh steaks and other meat products.

Yep, Richie is an Antique!!! I've only been around since the late 70's(hillclimbing). I went through those files while we had them and there is some very cool info and pics. Some great pics of current drivers when they started out driving and their original license apps. (heehee)

He made awesome hamburgers. Mom & Dad had some with him at Smt. Pt.. He always requested Mom for pit lane to keep the groupies away. I have a pic of Mom, Dad, & him at Smt. Pt. Have to dig out a few and try to get them posted. Found them while rooting for stuff for Ron. I got quite a chuckle...

Thanks Sue, I was making a list of all of Dave's misses. Barney's son is Mark. Yes, it was Dan Licklider, And the Ford's also have Wayne(son) driver in the 80's and now Dad said Tony Jr. ran at Jefferson. So they have 3 generations now too. Bill Silvers son is John. Dan Sayer's Vette, wow haven't thought of that in years. Or Wayne, I should give him a call. He hasn't called in awhile. Last I talked to Dan and Wayne he was selling the Vette for downpayment money on a house or money for the new baby, can't remember which anymore. I wonder if his number still work...
