Re: Polish mtn
What will be the required paperwork needed to prove the Rear Seat Delete is legal for ESP? I'm currently in contact with the assistant program mgr of the 00R and he also worked on all 3 Cobra R models. He is digging through paperwork trying to find all the exact part #'s and the suppliers that made ...

Re: Polish mtn
38lbs our backseat and all brackets weigh. I can run out and verify it again if need be, as mine is out of the car sitting in the garage. The 2000 Cobra R indeed, had NO back seat. This also covers any mustang from 79-95 as there was a Cobra "R" in 93, and again in 95, both with rear seat ...

Re: Class and required equipment for 1986 911
Quick point.. I can't tell but, what is the rear kicker bar of the roll bar mounted to? It appears to be bolted over whatever panel that is? JoeF while teaching me Tech always told me you need to see what it's bolted too, so if it were me tech'n this vehicle, (going off this picture nothing more) it...

Re: 2010 Safety Recomendations
My first season I helped out tech'n cars & stamping bars.. But with novice runs and such it was a pain to be honest. Last year was just a waist as I only made one event.. This year I plan on making as many as $ allows.. And if I can't race, at least come to help & spectate. I would like to o...

Congratulations! You are a little scary on the corners, having observerved you being a corner worker this year, as opposed to driving the SAAB 93F (loved by all!)! Wish you and Jenna much happiness in your new home. A good wife and good garage are keepers! :D Thanks! How am I scary in the c...

Re: Floating an idea, need rules help..
Thanks for the replies.. Like I said, just looking into it for now, with the wedding and house buying looming, I can't do anything at the moment. So just tossing some ideas around at the moment.. As for having to buy a truck/trailer, I've gotta do that anyway for the Mach if I continue to race it. A...

Floating an idea, need rules help..
This is an idea I'm floating around, not sure what route I'm going to go.. but need some input. For some reason lately, I've become interested in Legends cars.. specifically the Ford body series... but I know nothing about them. I wanted to talk to the guy that owns/drives the one parked near the st...

Re: New Class Undeclared
Dave, In SP removing the rear seat is forbidden, but not in SM. I imagine the PHA turns it's head because the weight lost is more than offset by the rollbar in its place. Which kind of makes sense. I never really considered the 15 lbs. worth it for the extra noise, mine was always in. I'm sure Stev...

I've been picked off in the trips in a 50 zone.. I got yanked out, torn up and down by 3 troopers and then had to explain everything about the car, pop the hood etc to be let off with a seatbelt ticket..
Granted, I know I shouldn't be speeding, but not all cops have to be DB's about it lol
