talk to your competers, if any. F500 not a big class in pha. last one I knew of was a 440. they'll get you in the right place, talk to my dad.(you'll have to anyway, he is the novice instrocter) he'll guide you in the right direction.

fire system, or hand held bottle in working order. helmet under roll bar, looking for 2" there. helmet in date? suit, gloves shoes socks, all fire proof.

must have been good grip! I was working the start line, Skip broke 2 chains, Butch broke a drive shaft, Bill's Audi broke 2 axels. so the traction was there

with you in the car, helmet on. the broomhandle, or straight line is to be two or three inches above top of your helmet. we only check if you look to be above it. cheif steward says something to tech. this rule is for your saftey. when I bought my vee, I was above the roll bar. had a new one put in ...

as far as the kill switch goes, if you are running an alt. make sure you get the right switch, that will kill the car, most switches just cut off battery. car must stop, fuel pump everything. should be tested at annual tech. and why would you want to disable it when not racing? no reason you can't h...

Grace, the go pro can be set to take a photo every 3 sec. I set mine wrong and ran a regional race just shooting stills, I think you could shoot all night, but looking through them would take forever.

Myself and my dad both use the gopro camera. I take mine scuba diving too. you can buy them at pep boys these days, HD one is nice but not a must have, I have the standard def. wide angle. when I got mine the HD was not out yet.

I started doing it in my street car to learn. the biggest thing is getting the feel for it with your left foot, your right foot has it from years of doing it. I have found the in my vee, I useally just need to stab the brakes to set the car or scrub some speed without lifting. turn one at weatherly ...
