A quick look through the results posted online suggest that Giant's was run on July 24/25 in 1964 and on July31 / Aug 1 in 1959. So I think 1959 is the year for the poster. WIkipedia says Roger Penske won in 1959 driving a Porsche RSK.

The car looks like a Saab 93 which went into production in 1956. So you can eliminate the dates prior to that. I would guess that 1959 or 1964 are most likely.

I'm not sure about the classes you're interested in but in the world of sports racers and formula cars, the SCCA won't even consider an alternative to what they show in the GCR unless you have calculations signed and stamped by a registered professional engineer saying the design meets certain crite...

I was looking at the schedule page and I see that several dates are different from what Rich posted above: Spring Jefferson is not on Memorial Day weekend and Fall Jefferson is not on Labor Day weekend according to the schedule.

Am I looking at that right?

If it was in the "Jefferson format" I would be interested whether it is part of the official PHA schedule or not.

I would not be interested in the passing formats - but that's just me.
