Which one of the inspectors is closest to state college? I need my vee done

I'm getting a road racing novie permit. Do I need a time trial permit to hill climb too?

how quick are these karts? I'm thinking of getting a group together with the pennstate auto club and renting the track for an hour. Do they kill the engines before the corners or are you free to push as hard as you want.

any thoughts?

Not NEPA but beaversprings is about 30 -40 min from selinsgrove on 522. They move the cars alot qicker than numidia does.

Well i just got the car back today. As it turns out it is time trails legal. It has a 2004 flordia region time trails saftey inspection sticker.
